I don’t think we can afford to do this course.

The more important question is Can you NOT afford to do it? Life is too short to be plagued by problems. If a lack of team chemistry is causing you stress and keeping you from enjoying life, then this course is a must. For about the same price as a week of summer camp, we can help your stress disappear. And for our corporate option clients, this course is way cheaper than a lawsuit from a difficult employee!

We don’t need more teambuilding.

You’re probably right. But this course isn’t teambuilding. It’s teammate-building. What makes The Good Teammate Factory unique is that it’s not about the team; it’s about the teammate. We focus on improving the mindset of the individual members of a team. By improving their way of thinking, we improve the team’s culture. Teamwork becomes a byproduct of the individuals’ improved way of thinking.

The course content might disrupt, undermine, or be counter to our team culture.

The Good Teammate Factory is designed to supplement a team’s culture.  We do not cover techniques or suggest tactics for improving your workload or managing your operations. The content focuses on improving your individual members’ way of thinking about what it means to be a good teammate. Unless your team’s culture is averse to having better teammates, this course will not disrupt, undermine or be counter to your vision.

Our team doesn’t have enough time to do this course.

All teams experience the crunch of not having enough time to get everything done. But the most successful teams invest in endeavors that make them more efficient and put them in a position to achieve better results. Investing in this course will reduce the time wasted on petty squabbles between teammates and free teams to concentrate on more meaningful matters.

Mental training is not as impactful as physical training.

Physical training can be beneficial in terms of getting the job done. But mental training will keep getting the job done. The Good Teammate Factory trains individuals to be self-motivated and perpetually inspired. Individuals become driven to serve the needs of their team. Service leads to purpose, and purpose leads to happiness. Happy teammates are more productive, have stronger immune systems, and are primed to cope with stress,

What’s the point? The team with the most talent always wins.

No way! Nothing is more common than teams that fail because they lack chemistry and are plagued by selfishness. The Good Teammate Factory will help your talent learn to work for each other and not against each other. The course content and activities are designed to curb selfishness and facilitate a “team-first” mindset.
